Don’t Diet – Keep A Food Diary Instead

Instead, a person would be much better benefited by just keeping a food diary. This helps them to take an honest look at how much they eat every day. They will also understand the number of calories they are taking in and how this affects weight gain. Most people do not realize how much they eat and keeping this diary will help them take control of it.
