You can fill your sports water bottle up from your cooler before you leave the house for each gym or training session which will assist you in keeping well hydrated.

Listen. Christmas is a hectic time. There are a million hours of overtimes and a billion things to get done for friends, family, and heck, even people you don’t really like that much. That’s why when I want wording for Christmas cards, i don’t bother trying to think of the right words with my frazzled brain. I just use Christmas quotes. You know, I quote the major writers like Dickens and even Dave Barry and funny Erma Bombeck. Heck even quoting Christmas songs works, too. Life is too short and I’m really too much of a cruddy writer when I’m stressed to try to be brilliant. I’ll leave the being brilliant to the, well to be obvious, THE BRILLIANT. “God bless us every one.” Hehe :)
