Get Active and Drink Water

As you play sport or exert yourself during any physical activity you loose valuable fluid from your body. You need to keep topping up your fluids as you loose them so you do not become dehydrated. Having a home water cooler will assist you in keeping hydrated. You can fill your sports water bottle up from your cooler before you leave the house for each gym or training session which will assist you in keeping well hydrated.
