Should the name badges be taken off from your budget?
While most companies are struggling in the market, spending on name badges is not a very good idea. If you have not introduced it yet, then it should better not be in the budget. The owners will not like any idea that involves spending more on office supplies. As long as you are not making a lot of money, these badges are not necessary for you. You can live without them and the employees are better off without them. So the best thing would be to not introduce them in order to reduce costs and increase productivity. It is just not necessary.
