Employee Placement
I just started a new job at a local grocery store. It isn’t the most glamorous job but it pays and that is important right now. My orientation has just begun and it will continue to through this next week. I was really surprised today when I went in and they gave me a few employment tests. I thought that this is something that they would have done before I got hired but apparently there is some benefit to the information that they are obtaining now. I assume maybe it will help them place me more appropriately somewhere in the store.
