Stocks Trading And Exchanging

Saturday, January 15th, 2011

Among traders and investors there is a very well received stock and CFD trading platform out of Australia that is called web IRESS. This is a platform package that is web-dependent and extremely easy to use. It also has variations, just be careful of the graphs. They are pretty basic, but have few indicators. As far as online trading and exchanging you may want to shy away from any software that has a lag in it. It could be a proverbial nightmare.

I found a business on the Internet that taught me how to do it, and they charge reasonable commissions. It’s too bad I didn’t start doing this early enough to have it pay for my retirement!

Saturday, December 11th, 2010

Whether you are a rare coin collector, or an investor, there are several ways to purchase silver coins.

First, you must determine the grade. There are several grades ranging from About Good (AG-3) to Perfect Uncirculated (MS-70). A coin dealer usually determines the grade beforehand, and it is also helpful to educate yourself about the different grades.

Second, determine what type of silver coins you are interested in. There are two type, rare collectible coins that are no longer in production, and silver bullion coins that are issued by government mints.

Third, find a reputable coin dealer. It is best to find a dealer that has expertise and experience when you purchase silver coins. They deal in heavy volume, which generally results in the best pricing , and largest selection.

Just a Piece of Coin

Wednesday, December 8th, 2010

I saw this blind beggar in the corner today. My husband has always this habit of giving to beggars. But before he does that he would ask for a few questions. He asked the beggar questions like “Where do you live?” “Do you have a family?” “How much do you want if ever I give you?” The beggar instantly answered all questions. However, with regard to the last question, he humbly said, “just spare me a piece of your coins?” That answer softened my husband’s heart considering that in my country, coins are not as valuable as America’s silver dollar coins. With that, he was given a few paper bills for him to at least get a good meal.

Steer Clear of Dividend Funds

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010

Although there has been a tremendous amount of press spend on the fact that dividend funds are the best way to invest if you want to replace bond income while simultaneously enjoying the growth potential that the market is bringing with it, the fact is that Dividend Funds offer investors too much risk, too much exposure to market areas that they would be better off avoiding in the first place. Instead of dividend funds, investors should seek properly diversified and balanced investments, like balanced funds. This way they are not giving up all of their fixed income holdings in case the markets continue to stay flat or start dipping toward that double-dip correction.

Gold Bar Bullion

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010

When it comes to buying gold bar bullion, everyone looks towards opportunities where they can buy it at the cheapest rates. Good news for everyone is that today buying gold bar bullion is cheaper and easier than ever. When I say cheaper, there is something more to it. Of course buying gold cheaply does not make sense does it? Gold is an expensive metal and only a fool would sell it cheaply. However, people who invest in gold know that if they can keep the gold in good condition it may sell at ten times the rate they bought it for. They also know how to get it at discount rates and hence make use of the market to their advantage and earn handsomely.
