I really feel that this is one of those things that we have to get and be really happy of. In the end, it is going to be the most wonderful thing that would happen. I had a lot of fun when we were playing paintball and I realized that it would be much better this way. I just know that the smart parts vibe is something that we really have to get. It feels so wonderful that things are just becoming exciting. I should say that the smart parts vibe was the best thing that happened to me. I am really very happy that the smart parts vibe is here to make things work for the best when I play.

My Uncle Remus has been awfully hip considering the fact that he will soon be celebrating his 84th birthday!  He is always telling me new and surprising things in our weekly phone chats, and he has been the one to actually tell me about a few things I have never even heard of.  He turned me on to a few new authors, he told me where to get the coolest new cell phone, and he even sent me some fantastic Jordan 14 shoes for Christmas.  I do not even know how he found out that they were exactly what I wanted, but I am happy with them.

After I had my baby last year, I was absolutely miserable. I couldn’t believe how hard it was to shed the extra pounds that I had gained while being pregnant. I tried getting a gym membership, but I just didn’t have time to workout. Out of desperation, I decided to look online for ways to lose belly fat. I found an amazing website that talked about ways to lose fat around your midsection and I applied the principles immediately. After a very short period of time, I saw myself getting slimmer and slimmer. I think that I am even a little skinnier than I was before I had my baby! Amazing!

A not very well known in the road running community is the Icebug running shoes, but are more well known in the trail or off-road running community and the orienteering community. They do make one shoe for the road running market, the Icebug MR3 Bugrip. Icebug are a Swedish based company that started in 2001 to tackle and take on the big companies in the running market. The shoes are very highly focused on traction, especially for trail running. These shoes are all well made and very much durable. They are making in roads into the market with a loyal following even though they are not widely available in many countries,

The lockers we have at the gym are entirely too small for all the things we have to put in there. By the time I get my gym bag, towel, boxing gloves, and racquetball racquet in there, I’m scrunching to get my athletic shoes in there while I take a shower. I think the gym management needs to renovate the men’s room and give us full size lockers instead of these middle school sized ones that we have now. Another idea is to have 10 or so that can be rented for a small price to those who have more things. I’d gladly pay.

When we found out that our grandson was interested in learning some more about martial arts, my husband and I were delighted to help in any way we could. Times are tough, there’s no doubt about it, so being able to give him the martial arts supplies he’d need was something we wanted to do for him. After a brief online search, we found a great website that had not only the supplies he would need but some really helpful information as well. Now he’s all set and ready to start learning his new moves, and we can’t wait to see what he can do.

The headlines are all about how Eugene, Oregon is getting aboard the challenge from their sister city, Naples, Florida to see an increase in the over-all fitness of their residents.  Granted, there is quite a difference in the general climate but taking all of this into consideration, there are certain goals that remain common in this challenge.  The Eugene Fitness Equipment is definitely ready to assist in seeing that their city wins but even more importantly, that all who participate become more engaged in the awareness of how they can take charge of their well-being for a healthier day in the future.

My sons are definitely hooked on snowboarding.  I find it great, actually.  I would so much rather that they were hooked on sport than hooked on drugs and partying to pass their time.  They have incentive to keep themselves out of trouble, because they know if they get into or cause trouble, their boarding privileges will be taken away.   If it gets bad enough, we’ve even threatened to take away their most prized possessions:  their k2 snowboards!  I think the mere mention of the threat is enough to keep them in line.  It might be harsh, but if it works, who’s to complain?  I certainly won’t!
