All You Need Monitor

The first thing I learnt about fitness is that I have to keep track on my weight and my diet, so the best way to keep track of what I’m going through is to buy a heart rate monitor. I own the best fitness heart rate monitor I know and it tells me everything from how much calories I’m burning to my heart rate when I’m exercising. There are only a few buttons on it, so it’s really easy to operate and function. Besides all that, I learnt to be self-control. Being in control on what I consume and make sure I exercise often to keep myself fit and healthy.
