building a new back

i want to build m,y back up and i am going to be using heavy deadlifts to ge the job done. that is the kety here to actiually getting that back that i know that i can get and doing it the right way. i have been thinking about the right wauy to train and i know what it is that i am going to do to get it done to.  i am going to be using some new ways to get it done because i want to be sure that i stay motivated to do it. is there a healthy cheese steak really and can i have one.
