Getting started with the P90X program

When you read the P90X review, you will get some tips on how to start your routines.

The first thing you need is a place where you can do your exercises. With the P90X chin up or pull up bars, you can do your exercises anywhere you want. You also have to get a good yoga mat.

Other equipment you need is the resistance band or dumbbells. Both of them are very helpful to put up muscles. A heart rate monitor is also advisable to gauge your intensity and development.

Yoga blocks, body fat tester and push up stands are also included.
