Keep Your Body Burning Fat
I just began using the Fat Burning Furnace review and I agree with the idea that you need to lose fat and not weight. I think that’s why so many of the diet and exercise programs I tried in the past didn’t work for me. They were all based around losing weight at all cost. With this program I am training my body to burn off fat even when I’m not exercising. I simply do the program exercises and eat foods that keep my metabolism burning fat. I’m never hungry as I eat more meals than I did in the past, but in slightly smaller quantities.
