making it the most out of it

are you getting the most out of the workouts that you are doing. i think that i i am not. but the thing is that i kow that i can if reallly give it my all and crack down on the way that i am doing it and make sure that i am really phtting eveything into the way tyhat i am exerciseing. i have been in the business of workoing out for like 5 years and i love to train with weights. by increasing muscle mass i have been able to look and also feel better. it is a good thing.
