On the balance
I do not know I am somehow got strucked by it the power balance bracelets has got me into some real work outs. Call it placebo but I have been doing my mass building with my newest power balance. Many famous athletes are using it that is the reason why I used it too and aside from the fact that positive ions can really enhance the body strength. Some of my friends are laughing at me because I wear 3 power blance actually but this what makes me feel good. So I will wear what I want to wear bec no one knows it best but myself.
