Best day to do a home colon cleanse
A couple people have written in to ask me what I thought would be the best day to do their home colon cleanse. This may seem like a strange question, but when you think about what’s involved, and the aftermath of taking whatever colon cleansing supplement you’re going to be using, it makes perfect sense to try and scheduled event at a time when you’re not expecting to be too busy and don’t have to be out of the house for extended periods. In case you’re not aware, most colon cleansing guides recommend that you remain near your bathroom for at least 48 hours.
