The Benefits of Hill Sprints

Are you looking for a new workout to add to your exercise routine?  Why not give hill sprints a try?  Sprinting on a flat surface is a great workout, but the same movement on the incline of a hill increases your level of difficulty and the results.  It is also great to be outdoors, taking in the fresh air and sunshine on a beautiful day.  Since I started this workout, I feel better, look better, and know I am improving my health with every step up that hill.  This is a great addition to your exercise regimen, and at little to no cost.  So, lace up those running shoes and head for the hills!
