my mom got me a bionaire cool mist unit for Christmas last year and was I happy.
I moved to Nevada (Reno) from Florida for school last year. I had no idea how bad I would react to the dry air. I started to sign my emails “lisa lizard skin.” My sinus problems were tons worse, it was crazy. So last Christmas my Mom sent me a humidifier (a Bionaire Cool Mist to be exact) and I had low hopes. Wow. I will NOT sleep without having it on. So much better to have some nice humidity overnight. I also have it on any time I’m in my room studying or whatever. If it ever breaks, I’ll be getting a new one just like it.
