How long will my concentrates last in the refrigerator?

From day one to day 10 you will not notice a difference in the quality of the cup of toddy coffee. After 10 days, the concentrate begins to deteriorate producing a cup of coffee that slightly stale tasting. If you do not find the taste objectionable, you can keep the concentrate in your refrigerator for 3 weeks. Discard the concentrate after 3 weeks. If you do not drink a pound of coffee in 10 days, you can freeze half of your concentrate and defrost it when you need it. Frozen concentrate will remain fresh tasting for 6 months. Put a tag of date to kept on track.
