Starting My Own Catering Business

I am planning on starting my own catering business, and I need to redo the kitchen in order to fit with the food service sanitation requirements. I really need to figure out just what needs to be done and the best way to go about doing it, so I am wondering if anyone who has this type of business and runs it out of their home can give me some good advice. I can’t afford to rent a place of business, so redoing my own kitchen is the best option if it is possible, otherwise I will have to wait until I save more money.
