Leasing To Other Businesses
I have a very big lot of business space that I own. I would like to be able to divvy up the space and rent it out to other people. I know that it would be a very good investment. I have already paid it off, so I would receive much of the earnings. I would have to lease Sacramento office space through me. I will probably have to get some advertising so that people would want to put their businesses on my lot. It is a great piece of land, and anyone would be lucky to set up shop there.
