Habit lists
Most people have heard of a “to-do” list, but I would wager that few have considered forming a habit list. A habit list is a list in which you can complie the daily activities you want to do that you want to make habit. For instance, if I wanted to up my running mileage to 2 miles a day, I could add that to the list. I read an article yesterday that gives ideas for using the habit list to benefit you in other ways, such as teaching kids to complete their chores. The article also talks about ways that you can use your list more efficiently.
